Blackfoot River Wildlife Management Area

Bald Eagle and Trumpeter Swan are frequently seen in early spring and late fall in this birding area. Several pairs of Sandhill Crane can be seen in the spring, along with shorebirds such as Willet, Long-billed Curlew, Sora, Wilson’s Snipe, Spotted Sandpiper, and Killdeer.
